Totalkare strengthens its future through acquisition by Levanta Group

Totalkare, one of the UK's leading providers of heavy-duty vehicle lifting, testing and maintenance equipment, has announced that it has been acquired by Levanta Group, the leading workshop solutions business across Australia and New Zealand.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in Totalkare's growth and development, providing the business with access to international expertise, additional investment and expanded capabilities while maintaining its longstanding commitment to customers throughout the UK.

Levanta Group is a family-owned organisation with decades of experience in the workshop equipment industry and a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and customer support across its markets. The UK business will be led by directors Ralph Green, Karl Sharples and Lester Sharples.

The move brings together two businesses with shared values, extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to helping commercial vehicle workshops operate safely, efficiently and productively.
