Kenneth Howley Transport Appoints TNS 365 as Sole Fleet Support Provider

Published on 03 Sept 2025

TNS 365 has been chosen as the exclusive provider of breakdown, maintenance, and fleet support services for Kenneth Howley Transport, strengthening a partnership that began in April 2024.

TNS 365, the commercial vehicle support services specialist, has been appointed as the exclusive provider of breakdown and maintenance support for Kenneth Howley Transport.

Based in West Yorkshire, Kenneth Howley operates a mixed vehicle fleet, offering pallet distribution, general haulage, and specialist transport services. As a long-standing member of The Pallet Network (TPN), the company delivers nationwide logistics.

The appointment follows a successful working relationship that began in April 2024 and has since developed into a long-term arrangement.

According to Aiden Eustace, Operations Director at Kenneth Howley Transport, the decision to consolidate maintenance and roadside support with TNS 365 was made following consistent and dependable service delivery.

“From the first time we used TNS 365, we have used their services exclusively for any breakdown or maintenance issues that our own team have been unable to attend,"

says Eustace.

“The information provided is consistent and thorough, and the pricing is uniformly reasonable, regardless of the nature of the work. Also, the level of service has greatly improved for us since we gained access to the portal, as it enables us to communicate and track jobs in real time. Plus, the high level of support helps us maintain a reliable fleet, which in turn ensures we meet the service expectations of our own customers.”

Aiden also notes the value of the personal approach provided by TNS 365, adding:

“Although all correspondence can be handled online, it is always good to speak to TNS 365 directly by phone or during site visits, which particularly helps with time-sensitive issues.

Only last week we were attended by one of TNS 365’s service providers. The lad who arrived onsite was swift and effective, diagnosing our issue, affecting a temporary repair so the vehicle was safe to return to us, and advising me directly on his findings. This allowed us to complete the full repair swiftly and without any added expense upon its return to us.”

TNS 365 provides a 24/7 nationwide breakdown and recovery service for commercial vehicles, in addition to scheduled maintenance and compliance support. Their services include roadside assistance, routine inspections, mechanical repairs, compliance checks, and defect management.
